Beetroot carrot and lemon slaw is the absolute best coleslaw you will ever have. No arguments. Its got a bit of everything. Sweet carrots, peppery radish, zesty lemon, creamy mayo.
Indredients:
1 Beetroot
3 Carrots
6 Raddishes
1 lemon - zest and juice
Mayo - large squirt
Doesnt really require instructions.......but here you go.
Grate all veg in a bowl, mix, add mayo and lemon juice.
The veg will yield a bit of juice after sitting for a style (I like it like that, but if you dont, drain off the excess).
