Trapeze & Circus School: She flies through the air....

Who would have guessed that there is a trapeze and circus school in London !!

Gorilla Circus operate out of Regents Park from May to September, and indoors during the winter months.

Over the course of two hours, the instructors have the class swinging back and forward, swinging on the knees, and dismounting with a back flip.......for those that are up to it, there is a swing catch (sorry no idea of th technical term), when you are caught by the instructor.

There was only 1 space left in the class, so Jamie and I just had to watch (no complaints there!)

There was a mix of ages from 8/9 years old up to adult and experience (but most were beginners). On the whole it was the kids who were the most gung ho.
