I love eggs on toast.
You may be aware that I also like to make my food into heart (and star) shapes. Call it an illness.
So helllloo. Why wouldn't you make runny fried eggs into these pretty shapes?
Cut a large heart shape from your bread.
Toast it.
I like my egg whites crispy, and the yolk barely warmed through, so I cook the white first, pressing the toast down so i don't have any escapeage.
Add the yolk, and cook to your preferred runny-ness.
Remove children, so you can enjoy in peace...
Add coffee and juice...
And enjoy. Going.....

In other heart shaped news....I also made some heart shaped bacon.... I sense this may be a bridge to far. Mr PSGC and kids about to stage an intervention!
