Porridge with Maple Syrup and Strawberries


Porridge with Maple Syrup and Strawberries.  In Scotland, porridge is traditionally served with salt.  If my dad reads this post, he may well disown me.

I think I must have been down south too long, as I am a big fan of porridge and syrup (well anything covered in maple syrup really).

I am also a sucker for heart shaped foods.  Call it a weakness.
