Gift wrap from recycled neon star garland

Neon stars on silver paper make a really cheap easy way to jazz up a few gifts.

We made a lot of neon bunting here, which we have used many times.  But.....I was starting to get lazy, chucking it back in the box....and it ended up like this:

I tried to detangle, but it was a lost cause, so we stripped off a lot of the stars, and reused them to pimp up a few gifts.
