Art from old comics

Jamie was given an art assignment at school for the Christmas holidays. The subject was "Childhood".

First he made a collage out of Beano comics.

Then he painted the outline of a teddybear in white.

I helped him with placing the carton strips, and a little bit on the bear outline, but the rest he did himself.

Jamie is always very self critical, and extremely reluctant to do anything "arty".  This is usually something that Abbi and I do together.  Maybe I have converted him!  A girl can dream.

Unlikely - all other attempts to get him to do something creative over the holidays were met with a stony rejection.
